S'mores Code House Rules
S'mores Code is located in a resort and a working forest. This means we need your help to be respectful of other guests, residents, animals and prevent forest fires. We appreciate your help following these house rules and Suncadia resort rules.

Suncadia Rules:

Keep animals onleash to protect both your pet and wildlife.

Do not approach wildlife, especially elk, bears (obviously) and even deer.

All trash must be placed in the trashroom (located off front door) so bear do not approach.

All cars must be parked in driveway, not on the roadside, as it can cause fires. You will be fined. Our driveway can fit 4-6 vehicles depending on size.

Quiet hours are 10 pm- 7 am and guests will be fined if noise ticket is issued.

S'mores Code guests do not have access to the resort pools or gym. All parks, events, spa and restaurants are available.

No wood fires or charcoal BBQs to protect forest. There is a steep ticket. Enjoy the gas grill.

Additional House Rules:

Check-in is at 4 p.m. with check-out at 11 a.m. Please be prompt upon check out as cleaning crew is often waiting

Reserving guests must be 25 years old and provide government ID

No parties or excess noise

No unregistered overnight guests with out prior approval

Only 2 dogs are allowed, guests must dipose of all waste and are responsible for any damage. A built in dog kennel is available for dogs to be unaccompanied in house. Please use dog furniture cover to protect furniture. We have dog bowls, treats and poop bags ready for you.

If hot tub or pool requires a drain + refill to remove excess dirt or products in water, there is a charge

Please roll pool cover back onto pool when not in use. It will keep it warm and pine needle free.

Commercial photography requires express permission and proof of insurance.

Guests are responsible for any damage to property, equipment, furniture of linens

Just use common sense folks and have a great trip ;-)

There is a doorbell camera on front entry way and drive way that allow us to plan for weather and ensure home safety and security. Do not block the cameras.

Cancelation Policy:
- This is the mountains and in the winter there will likely be snow on passes and in the neighborhood. Roads may require chains. We do not provide refunds for road conditions or snow. However if the passes are closed on the evening of your arrival day we will refund the night of the pass closure. We encourage trip insurance if you would like more guarantees. -Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

-Internet outages happen in the mountains. We do not provide refunds for lack of Internet. Don't worry we have lots of things to keep you busy without screens.
